This year’s Vintner’s Dinner on Friday, September 27th, will again feature fresh local fare expertly chosen from North Carolina’s land and sea. Local and regionally sourced seafood will include crab, shrimp, oysters and fresh catch. Our featured vintner will be Chateau Ste. Michelle of Woodinville, Washington, paired with specially selected and exquisitely prepared entrees by our guest chefs; Chef Sam McGann, co-owner and Chef of The Blue Point in Duck, along with Chef Dave McClary and Pastry Chef Jack Baumer from The Blue Point, Chef Johanna of Johanna’s Cafe Lachine in Wanchese, and Chefs Brian Whitehurst and Mark Newsome of Greentail’s Seafood Market and Kitchen in Nags Head. Expect savory hors d’oeuvres, two delectable entrees and a heavenly dessert that you will not be able to say no to.
The evening returns to the historic and charming 108 Budleigh in Manteo, NC. The eighty-four special guests will enjoy an intimate atmosphere and a four-course menu sourced and prepared artistically by our chefs. Each of the courses will be perfectly paired by a knowledgeable representative of Chateau Ste. Michelle who will speak about each of the wines and champagnes, and their nature and characteristics.
Guests should anticipate a lively auction of unique items, with proceeds benefiting The Lost Colony production!
All guests will leave with the memory of an extraordinary one of a kind dining experience.
Tickets are extremely limited, get yours before they’re gone!
