Friday, September 27, 2019
This year’s Vintner’s Dinner on Friday, September 27th, will again feature fresh local fare expertly chosen from North Carolina’s land and sea. Our featured vintner will be one of the wineries owned by Chateau St. Michelle, paired with specially selected and exquisitely prepared entrees by our guest chefs; Chef Sam McGann of The Blue Point, Chef Johanna LaChine of Johanna’s, Chef Donnie Just of 1587 and possibly one other creative master from the Outer Banks.
The evening returns to the historic and charming 108 Budleigh in Manteo, NC. The eighty-four special guests will enjoy an intimate atmosphere and a four-course menu sourced and prepared artistically by our chefs. Each of the courses was perfectly paired by a knowledgeable representative of Chateau St. Michelle who will speak about each of the wines and its nature and characteristics.
Guests should anticipate a lively auction with proceeds benefiting The Lost Colony production!
All guests will leave with the memory of an extraordinary dining experience.
Tickets are extremely limited, get yours before they’re gone!
2018 Vintner’s Dinner at 108 Budleigh
The 2018 Vintner’s Dinner highlighted North Carolina seafood, meat and produce, paired with wines from Francis Ford Coppola’s Virginia Dare Winery. We were thrilled to have Chef DeCarolis, Chef Bey, Chef McGann and Sommelier Rick Toyota of Virginia Dare Winery for this special event!
