Vintner’s Dinner

Join us for a special evening highlighting North Carolina seafood, meat and produce, paired with wines from Francis Ford Coppola’s Virginia Dare Winery.

The evening will begin at 6:00 PM at the historic and charming 108 Budleigh in Manteo, NC, with a reception featuring Pamlico Sound seafood and other snacks offered with wines from the Virginia Dare Winery. Rick Toyota, from Virginia Dare Winery, will once again be joining to help create perfect pairings and speak to each of Virginia Dare Winery’s award winning wines. Seventy-two lucky guests will be seated at intimate tables of six where they will enjoy four courses of food carefully sourced and prepared by Josh Decarolis, Chef and Owner of Mother & Sons Trattoria, along with Phil Bey, Chef de Cuisine from Saint James. Both of these restaurants are affiliated with Matt Kelly’s other restaurants – Vin RougeMateo Tapas and Lucky’s Delicatessen, all in Durham. Sam McGann and his culinary team from Blue Point will be the host for the guests chefs and help with the dinner, so expect quality dishes with a creative flair. We are thrilled to have Chef Decarolis and Chef Bey in Manteo for this special event!

In support of The Lost Colony, attendees will have the opportunity to bid on several live auction items with proceeds benefiting The Lost Colony.  Guests will also enjoy live music during the reception.
